Unused, unwashed items (with original tags) can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Custom swimwear is non-returnable unless faulty—contact support for return instructions.​

Do you offer size exchanges if the gear doesn’t fit?​

Yes! If the size is incorrect, we’ll exchange it for the right size free of charge (you only pay return shipping for international orders; domestic return shipping is covered).​

Are your products chlorine-resistant?​

Most training swimwear, caps, and gear are made with chlorine-resistant fabrics (clearly marked in product specs). Casual swim trunks may have lower resistance—check details before purchasing.​

How long does the personalized swimwear customization take?​

Custom swimwear takes 2 weeks for production after design finalization, plus 3–7 days for shipping. The initial consultation and sketching process takes 1–2 business days.​

Can I cancel my order after placing it?​

Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, if production/shipping has started, cancellation is subject to a 20% restocking fee.​

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries. International shipping costs and delivery times (7–14 business days) are calculated at checkout based on your location.​

How do I clean and maintain my swim gear?​

Rinse swimwear/gear with cold water after use to remove chlorine/salt. Machine-wash swimwear on gentle cycle (no bleach) and air-dry—avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.​

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement for free or issue a full refund—no return required for faulty items.​
